Ms. Adams has over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry, which includes 15 years in human resources. Prior to joining Aptinyx, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Durata Therapeutics where she managed HR planning and operations in support of the commercial launch of Dalvance®. Ms. Adams has also led human resources functions at SagePath Medical, BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Lundbeck Inc., and Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America. Ms. Adams earned a B.A. in psychology from Columbia College and an M.S. in human resources from Loyola University Chicago.
Ms. Beckwith oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of ihouse. She recognizes how to know the client’s business and strategic goals and how to make a direct impact through organizational discovery and customized road mapping. She has proven experience propelling the Human Resources function into a value-added strategic foundation for the organization.
Ms. Beckwith has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field in a variety of industries. Prior to joining ihouse, Ronni worked in key positions leading best practice initiatives in compensation, HRIS and talent management. She has a true passion for seeking out the latest industry trends, allowing her to implement best practice solutions for her clients.
Has held various compensation roles at Abbott, Quad/Graphics, and Hewitt Associates. Experienced in executive compensation, broad-based compensation (including merit processes), variable pay, sales compensation, and equity compensation.
Chris helps to strengthen relationships between companies and their people leveraging the power of analytics. Having spent much of the last two decades solving business problems for Fortune 500 firms, Chris specializes in employee experience, culture, and real time predictive analytical solutions. As an IBM HR executive, Chris established IBM’s market leadership in HR practices related to employee engagement and social analytics. She defined, designed and implemented the inaugural employee engagement measurement system for IBM’s 400,000 employee population. Under her leadership, her team further harnessed employee social sentiment to create a real-time predictive employee engagement model. She also has a US patent pending titled “Method for optimizing skill development to maximize labor value.”
Mr. Englizian is a compensation advisor, business consultant, global HR executive and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in solving complex business problems for premier companies in the retail, technology, and hospitality industries. He has deep knowledge of how an organization employs, retains, and motivates people, a strong business perspective and acumen, and expertise in strategic planning, executive compensation, global business growth, leadership development, health and wellness, and employee engagement. He also has first-hand experience with internal and external Boards.
